How long does delivery take?

All items are made to order. Please allow 5–7 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

Once dispatched, delivery times are usually 1-3 working days within the UK.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - all UK orders include free standard shipping.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

Items must be:

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch within 14 days.
