Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order, returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it and I’ll be happy to help.

Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

If your request is approved, I will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, please contact me within 14 days with a photo of the issue. I will replace the item or arrange a refund.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Please note:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
