Processing Time – Made to Order

Every item is made to order, packed, and finished by hand.
Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
I’m a one-person brand, so this helps me keep quality high and waste low.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been posted, UK delivery usually takes:

•1-3 working days (Royal Mail / Evri)

You’ll get an email as soon as your order is on its way.

Free UK Shipping

Shipping is completely free for all UK orders - no minimum spend.

Address Info

Please double-check your address when ordering.

If anything is incorrect, just let me know as soon as possible so I can fix it before dispatch.

 

Delays

Sometimes the postal service runs a little slower (busy periods, strikes, bad weather, etc.).

If your order is taking longer than expected, feel free to message me and I’ll look into it.

Missing Parcels

If your order hasn’t shown up within 10 working days after it’s been marked as dispatched, contact me and I’ll help sort it out.
